As a Certified Nutrition Coach I can provide you with a nutrition plan that takes into account your personal situation and goals. 

I do this by assessing:

  • Your personal details (height, age, weight, sex)
  • Your Physical activity levels (both daily movement and purposeful exercise)
  • The date you want to reach your goal by (within reason)
  • The changing and adaptive nature of human metabolism (as your nutrition changes,  your body adapts)

Using this basic information I take it a stage further by combining it with other elements that affect your nutrition, these include:

  • Your Nutrition and fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, body re-composition, better health, peak performance)
  • Your Dietary preference (Paleo, keto, vegetarian, fully plant-based, Mediterranean, and of course, “anything”)
  • Your Macro-nutrient preference (balanced, low-fat, low-carb, or virtually any other macro-nutrient ratio you want)

The above information is plugged into Precision Nutrition's Professional Nutrition Calculator. Designed, developed, and tested in the Precision Nutrition research lab—and proven effective with thousands of clients I am able to provide you with a detailed Nutrition Plan.  

It’s the most comprehensive calorie, portion, and macro calculator available.

The end result is revolutionary because once the calculator has estimated your calorie and macro-nutrient needs, it automatically converts those numbers into food portions that are equivalent to parts of your hand. (Specifically, your palm, fist, cupped hand, and thumb).

You receive a nutrition blueprint for achieving your goals and, at the same time help develop the skills you need to eat well for life.

The blueprint is structured in such a way you are in control of what you eat, not what I say you must eat.

The result: If you choose, you can skip weighing and measuring your food—as well as logging the details of every meal into calorie and macro tracking apps. Instead, you can use the hand portion tracking system to achieve your calorie and macro targets.

  • A personalised Calorie, Macro, and portion guide, combined with
  • Your personalised daily Predicted Calorie intake to help you anticipate the expected loss or gain, day by day.  

Suitable for people who are focused on the end goal.

Face to Face session, approximately 45 to 60 minutes. $80 - $120

 

Option 3: 

  • A personalised Calorie, Macro, and portion guide, and
  • A personalised daily Predicted Calorie Intake planner to help you anticipate the expected loss or gains, day by day.
  • A Bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) weigh in week 1, week 4 and week 6. BIA predicts a range of measures including Body Fat%, Muscle Mass Kg's, Body water%, Visceral Fat and Muscle Quality, to further support your goals.
  • Optional monitoring via FatSecret Professional app which allows me to see your nutritional progress.
  • Follow up session, review and adjustment, (approximately 5 weeks after initial meeting).

Unlike diet plans or counting calories, Nutrition Coaching is about providing you with the tools and strategies to make better food choices so ultimately you can reach your goal, whatever that may be. As a coach my role is to identify the nutritional skills you have, then work with you to build upon those skills and help you create habits that lead to the outcomes you want to achieve.

I do this by using habit based learning developed by Precision Nutrition (PN) who have worked with over 50,000 clients to achieve their own weight loss goals. This programme has also been delivered to in excess of 200,000 people worldwide by Certified PN Level 1 coaches like myself. Unlike a diet, PN uses a nutritional progression model that builds habits intelligently and sustainably over time for long term success. Combined with the accountability of a coach and the PN Habit based learning you will not only eat better but become a healthier person.
